Join us for a Transformative 3-Day Residential Training in the Art of Hosting and Harvesting meaningful conversations that matter.
How can we co-create “islands of sanity”* through meaningful conversations in our families,
workplaces, and communities in an uncertain world?
We in Connecting Scotland (www.connectingscotland.org) invite you to a three-day immersive journey at Newbattle Abbey College to explore participatory leadership, dialogue-based skills, systems thinking, and collective intelligence using the new methodologies in leadership, education, healthcare, and for the well-being of communities. This residential training will equip you to foster impactful conversations and navigate complexity with resilience and connection. The training will be hosted by a team of very experienced teachers and practitioners in the Art of Hosting and Harvesting from the UK and USA.
Who should join?
This opportunity is ideal for:
- Community leaders & changemakers committed to building resilient, connected communities.
- Health & organizational development professionals seeking innovative collaboration methods.
- Local government & public service leaders dedicated to practical, inclusive solutions.
- Educators looking to cultivate deeper dialogue in learning environments.
- Anyone eager to break silos and harness collective wisdom for more thoughtful and inclusive decision-making.
Why now?
We face deepening global and local challenges — political shifts, climate crises, inequality — but real solutions emerge when we come together in open, thoughtful dialogue. Creating shared spaces builds the relationships and clarity needed to navigate complexity.
